Ordered some seeds, they didn't arrive so I rang and spoke to a lovely lad. He apologised profusely because the order had been missed, the order was received the very next day with two extra free seeds. Superb service and will be using again.
LSC... Brilliant folks with a very very... Very extensive knowledge of the products they sell. I've ordered from them twice and have received my order in what I consider a very timely manner. Haven't had any issues with my orders in any way, the products themselves are also performing above expectation.. Thank you LSC!
I have ordered a few times now and have to say very happy with my order! delivery was 2 days wow thank you for your service, your barneys farm genetics are banging will only order from londo seed centre for now on.
Can't fault the service, had first order grabbed at Sydney, luckily I had insured, and they sent the replacements, including freebies. They were fantastic throughout, answered emails, promptly, when the first shipment was pinched, and then in chasing up through the Royal Mail, when tracking showed it bouncing around the U.K. Will be using LSC again
Only three out of 15 sprouted won’t buy from again
It's been 12 days since I've ordered and the tracking information still says it's in Barnet. This company is rubbish, I will never order again. I could have gotten them from Amsterdam direct!
First off the people are amazingly helpful I would have been stuck without these guys ,and discreet fast delivery is second to none. Very reliable outfit !
Best quality fresh beans well stored and high quality. You are free to choose your type and brand with useful data at hand. I bought autos and the Barney brand was truly most spectacular. Seedsman seeds were the worst but all real and all great. The variety and knowledge of the polite helpful seller make this truly the best place to get seeds after checking out all Brighton and Manchester has to offer the trip to this place is well worth the extra effort as they have a very large and very fresh stock. The shop is in a very secure area unlike other shops so you are much safer and private with no risk of bumping into antiweed smackheads etc like in other venues.
Had a bit of drama physically getting the seeds not by fault of lsc. Royal mail are very much to blame with strikes xmas closures ans pinching postmen. but the guys bend over backwards to help me out and make sure i got my order. After having a drama with my first order my order was resent out. Then had another drama with the sorting office being closed my order was sent back to lsc but the boys were on it for me and got my order straight back out the next day and even to work so i could have my order no problems. To which no problems at all, they have even thrown a few stickers and freebies in for all the mither. Which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. To me thats great customer service and will definitely be using again and recommending to friends so thanks LSC you've got a customer for life
It's a rip off. Half my seeds, were not female. Their T's and c's say no refunds, so there is no quality control. At £10 per seed that's alot of money to throw away. I bought 10 'feminised' seeds. Only 5 were female. Their customer service was so patronising. 'You should watch some videos on growing seeds' I am a very experienced grower so that really didn't wash. Very dodgy.
