Thanks for the good customer service. I got the delivery delay but this issue was perfectly solved by HFL Manager. The flowers are amazing

I am very disappointed with the service they provided for delivery of the flowers.  3 hours after the original time slot. I was recommended this shop by a friend   after contacting the shop and with a gaurentee there would be no problems getting the flowers delivered I ordered flowers for a special friend's birthday. By the time they where delivered we had left the house for the evening for her birthday celebrations. The price paid for the flowers and the price of the delivery you would expect it to be 1st class .The response from the shop was we added 5 more roses to your order and we are sorry £145 for flower's that arrived when her birthday was almost over is not acceptable. Terrible service,Terrible customer service  Definitely do not recommend this shop
