I recently purchased a convertible Fiat 500 from Le Car Centre and couldn’t be happier with the car or the overall experience. I had an RAC inspection completed on the car prior to purchase. As expected on a 12 year old car a few things came up. John fixed all without any argument. After I collected the car we had a minor issue with the air con system. Again John happily repaired. I would highly recommend this garage. The customer service during purchase and more importantly afterwards could not be faulted. I will be coming back to get the car serviced and MOT’d here as they were so great.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from the start John was very helpful all the way from looking at the car to finally purchasing the car. Very friendly and good customer service and he was very happy to answer any questions or queries prior and after buying the car. I would highly recommend him.
Recently purchased a VW Polo from John. Delighted with the car and the service we received. Clear information and very uncomplicated transaction. I highly recommend John and Le Car. If you want a reliable and scrupulously clean VW or Skoda they are the best local secondhand dealer to go to!
Bought a car from John and it had a couple of issues with it not mechanical or electric so decided to return the car. John did not argue at all and refunded the full amount. He said that he wants happy customers and i can see that he means it. I highly recommend Le Car Centre if you want hassle free experience as you will get looked after even in difficult circumstances like mine where i had to return the car that’s when the true nature of the business becomes apprent and John was honest, gracious and professional.
We bought our car from Le Car Centre 7 years ago and have used them for some services and repairs since then. They are really friendly, helpful and honest - they always tell you what needs to be done and what isn't essential right now. Recommended and trustworthy company!
We have been customers of LeCar for nearly a year now. They have been spot on with everything we needed done on our car, from servicing through repairs and all in between. We recently purchased our next car through the dealership - smooth sailing, no issues, everything was taken care of, from start to end. The team are a pleasure to work and do business with. Miles away from many other car dealers out there. Recommended!
Unfortunate experience traded my 530i for a 535d from John and lost faith in the vehicle very quickly and felt it necessary to return the car in question, it had unfortunately suffered some issues in its past that they had/have tried to rectify in their own garage. I am no stranger to the M57 engine from Bmw and alarm bells started to ring along with the engine being intermittently noisy. Investigation revealed that the previous owner had purchased this car from John at Le car centre and after having work done and a full inspection it would appear also returned the car. John failed to submit the v5 meaning that the DVLA could not refund my tax, John however decided to subtract a month's tax along with £250 for my unfortunate experience. This was fought from £500 who knows how much they made on the same vehicle previously. Please be aware that both vehicles as mine had been advertised at twice the traded value were described as full dealer history this is misleading at best, neither vehicle had been fully serviced by dealers. A costly mistake purchasing from here. I love and look after my cars the damage to my paint that I will correct from your local scratch and shine upon you deciding it needed cleaning before you used it to get home is evidence enough you have no interest in cars.. Shame Please reply to encourage me to approach the DVLA about the missing owners on the log books.
I have complete confidence in John and his team. I have bought one new and one used Skoda from them and have been very happy with the cars and the after-sales care received.
Great professional garage. I have been using them for years and the only people I trust. They have always stayed true to there word and I have never had a problem with any of the work they have done. They always work to turn jobs around quickly.
Unfortunately we didn't end up buying the car but John was very understanding and returned our deposit with no quibble! He waiting for us to turn up to test drive the car was a pleasure to deal with and was very accommodating.
