I’ve ordered fish and chips. The fish was undercooked in the middle. Instead of making a scene, I’ve decided to discreetly tell the gentleman at the till. Without even checking the meal, he’s told me that this is haddock that I’m having, so that’s how it’s meant to be. I’ve eaten only the slimmer edges of the fish, but still ended up with upset stomach for 2 days. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

The food is cheap, which is a bonus, but it is cheap for a reason. The owners/chef's are very irritant when they need to do something they don't want to do, like move a car for someone they've blocked in. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Ate here yesterday, the food was indeed cheap, however it was also disgusting, also the owners/chef's are very unhelpful for example I parked my car in the car park nearby and they blocked me in, when I asked them to move it they told me where I can shove it basically, overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best cafe in stoke use this place all the time for years for foods great and the staff always friendly 😊😋
