This is a lovely shop. So helpful and have such a good range of quality products with the knowledge to guide you to the one that fits your needs best. Been a few time over the years and will keep returning again and again.
Highly recommended! Amazing knowledgeable staff who guided me in a non pressuring way. I said what I was looking for and I was recommended a range of instruments in and around my price range. I was then guided through the features of the ones I liked and another round of instruments were recommended including some curve balls that the staff thought I would like. I ended up going with one of the curve balls and bought a fantastic Camps guitar which they held on to until the next day so I could pick it up at the end of my trip to London.
I love this shop. A gem off Bond Street. Fantastic range of stock and quality guitars. I've always felt very welcomed whenever I've been in. The flamenco room downstairs is like stepping in to another world.
This is THE guitar store for classical guitars in the country without a doubt. I went specifically from Dorset to London to acquire a new classical. Stef was immediately friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction of a selection of guitars in my price point and set me up with a chair and footstool to try them out. I also asked about sheet music and she was immediately able to recommend a selection of books which would be best for my needs. Visiting London Guitar Studio is a truly amazing experience and they carry a wonderful personal touch in their customer service.
Bought an Alhambra here. Staff were super helpful. Helped us select a few candidates in our price range and told us about the construction and tone of each one. In the end they even gave us restaurant recommendations. A true experience!
I'm loath to post bad reviews but having bought an item which believe me does not work as it should despite repeated attempts on several instruments, I contacted LGS only to be told it can't be replaced/refunded as certain fixtures had been used!! You can't see if it works or not without using fixtures as in instructions. The best offer was a "goodwill gesture" of a derisory 40% refund. Item to be returned at my expenses. So much for customer service
The service here is absolutely magnificent I ordered an Alhambra guitar on the Sunday morning with Steffi who was really nice and polite and it came 2 days later considering I live in Birmingham , I have ordered a few guitars off the London guitar studio in the past and I would highly recommend to anyone
Amazing staff excellent service. I bought my guitar from here a while ago and found some nodes not sounding correctly, bought my guitar back here and they immediately changed a new one for me. Simply amazing. The guitar is of very good quality as well so definitely recommended.
Fabulous shop with fantastic selection of guitars. Staff so friendly. I bought my first quality guitar from here and I love it. Went back yesterday to try out a new one. Was not pressurised just allowed to test what I wanted. Will definitely be back to purchase my next classical guitar.
I visited here for the first time on Sunday. I have to say that the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was also no heavy push to commit I'd managed to do that part on the journey there. Range of guitars available is fantastic and I was hugely impressed that they had a great selection of classical guitars on hand to try. Would return again without hesitation.
