Fairly new to playing the guitar & in the market for an acoustic which plays & handles really well. Left the store feeling happy about my purchase of a Taylor. The staff were amazing, really friendly & gave me time & space to try many different options. Their informed knowledge of elements such as the tone woods, guitar shape & neck length helped me choose the best one for me. Big thanks to Jake who showed me the the Taylor mini as that guitar rocked & was so easy to play definitely going to consider this one next  *bonus of 12 years warranty with the guitar purchase

I travelled here from Ipswich to buy an acoustic guitar and boy am I glad I did! The staff were excellent, I was seen by Mike/Luke can't read his handwriting but he's the one with an Irish accent and a very broad knowledge of Taylor acoustic guitars.  He allowed me to play a multitude of different guitars, testing each for tone and compatibility. He was able to tell me facts about each guitar and was super helpful. He allowed me time so I could truly test the guitars. He was even kind enough to stay open 10 minutes after the store's closing time!  I walked away with a brand new Taylor acoustic guitar and I'm very happy with my purchase and wholeheartedly recommend this music shop, it's absolutely fantastic.  Thanks for everything.

Went into the shop in search for a new acoustic guitar and I was greeted by Mike shop assistant/legend. I told him what I was looking for in terms of guitar specifications and budget and it was taken into consideration, while also given constructive feedback from him. Mike was very attentive, answered any question/concerns I had and I was given plenty of time to test out the beautiful range of guitars within the shop. Ultimately, I now have the acoustic guitar of my dreams and I am extremely happy with the entirety of the process and the service.

I've been looking to upgrade my digital piano for a while and popped in to Rose Morris as I was passing by. The staff there were really friendly and helpful, they weren't bothered by the amount of questions I asked and despite the fact I definitely looked like a total time waster, they were really patient. I placed my order today purely on the great service I received and experience as a whole. I highly recommend Rose Morris!

Had a brilliant time picking out a new guitar today. The team were so helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried out several guitars that they suggested and didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. Ended up coming back with a beautiful Taylor and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Going to be my first port of call for any guitar needs from now on.

I visited the shop as part of a hunt for a new digital piano. The staff were very kind and helpful and the ability to book an appointment to try the keyboard in a quiet environment made a massive difference! I ended up buying the keyboard from them and got offered same day delivery - what amazing service! I would 100% recommend this shop

I cannot recommend Rose Morris highly enough. The service was phenomenal both over the phone and even better in person. Trustworthy, friendly advice and their selection of instruments was fantastic too. They let me have plenty of time and space to choose exactly what was right for me, helped in every way and didn’t try to push something on me that I didn’t want. Really brilliant. Thanks to Mike and all the team for such a great experience.

We had a fantastic recent experience purchasing a digital piano at Rose Morris. Prices were the best in the market, delivery was exceptional but the personal element was exceptional. Really felt like we were being looked after by David and Mike. Highly recommend and will use again.

Thought about buying a new piano since we moved to a new house,  I found that electrical pianos might be a bit more fun since theres different sounds. Looked around and finally found a decent shop! Contacted them on the phone and boom placed an order and got delivered in 3 days after the purchase! It probably would've been faster since I placed an order straight after new years holidays. The customer services are amazing and I would recommend buying from this shop for everyone!

Genuinely a great experience. Still a newbie so thank you Mike for the advice, friendliness, and helping me pick this stunning Tokai!  She's quickly become a favourite
