I was very upset as I bought a custom made designer dress elsewhere direct from the designers back home. When it came it had major structural issues & the quality was nothing like what I tried on. I didn't want to spend £500-1000 on fixing it as the damage was done emotionally. So I googled a place that had sale and sample dresses in London. This place had beautiful photos of dresses at the price range of my alterations and lower. I was able to book into a slot in a couple days time for the Saturday. Email confirmation and reminders on what to bring. So helpful. I brought the max 2 guests & I regained my happiness for a wedding dress again x Every dress fit wonderfully & so little needed altering. I found the one I liked the most & had a few happy tears. Thank you, Molly, for listening to what I was looking for, being patient, helping us find the perfect dress & laughing with us when my friends had no idea how to put on a vine headpiece on me lol. Thank you also for the glass of prosecco to cheers after such a stressful time. Absolute silver lining. Your great selection of dresses & fabulous customer service was exactly what I needed. The dress has since been altered so the hem line is shorter & the shoulders shortened. It's in great shape & ready to be worn on my wedding day x Thank you so much xo

Annabel was excellent. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, which is especially comforting as we are 2 brides. Her knowledge is exceptional, she kept within our budget, and made us feel special which must be tiring when you look at dresses all day! We had such a fun experience and would highly recommend.

London Bride are simply outstanding - I would absolutely recommend. From my first visit - they made me feel so special and welcome. I broke my ankle before the wedding, and they were so fantastic and accommodating with my fittings. Nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to help me - and it was such a lovely experience visiting the shop. The alterations were brilliant, and they turned everything around so quickly. The staff are so friendly and kind - not pushy at all, they want you to have the best experience. If you want a first class experience and a lovely wedding dress shopping experience - this is absolutely the place to come.

From the very first moment walking into this bridal store, I felt at peace. We had such a severe delay for the first appointment due to train strike and I was immediately made to feel calm and not rushed at all with my trying on dresses. Molly and the team were so great. I have to give a special shout out to Molly. She always made me feel special and listened to me on how the dress was fitting on me. Thank you so much for your time and effort. The most BEAUTIFUL dress shopping experience.  They have a wide selection of dresses. I found it difficult to choose mine because I fell in love with all of them.  The staff are so helpful & lovely. They went above and beyond to help.  If you are looking to find that perfect dress I highly recommend checking them out. Having visited a number of bridal boutiques already, we came to LBUK to try on dresses at a more affordable price point. The shop has a great selection of dresses and they were very accommodating about the number of dresses that I could try on. During my first appointment the staff listened carefully to my likes and dislikes about the dresses I was trying on; eventually one was bought up from downstairs that hadn't been on display for me to try and it ended up being the dress that I chose for my wedding. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The LBUK team are very professional and know exactly what they are doing when it comes to measuring up and sorting alterations - my dress fitted perfectly and I had so many compliments on it. Overall, the service was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends looking for a wedding dress!

Had the most amazing time here and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Kim to help me on the day! Not only was she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but I feel like I said about 3 words and she just got me straightaway.  Also, as a size 16-18, I found Kim's honesty and ability to make me feel comfortable invaluable!

I'm truly grateful for the tree ladies, Ami, Kim and Molly who helped me to choose and tailor my wedding dress. They didn't let me take my dress home until it was aligned at every inch to perfection. After consulting with Ami it literally took her fifteen minutes to choose the dress that I truly liked and all its accessorizes. Kim and Molly had great eyes to see how short it should be to be able to walk in it with ease and made the necessary adjustments on the length adding an extra panel at no extra cost to make it more comfortable to wear. They are perfectionists and highly professionals with years of knowledge behind them. The best shop I and my sister have ever been. We highly recommend it to all the brides to be. Monika B.

I would highly recommend London Bride. The team is lovely - they are friendly, warm, genuine and patient, which is just what you need when trying on wedding dresses. They also had a beautiful selection which included some more relaxed but still absolutely stunning! styles - think elegant and less princessy - which is exactly what I'd been hoping to find. Great service from start to finish and as you'll see in my picture, I was very happy with my dress on the day!
