The worst council I dealt with in LND. Apparently they keep sending me bills online - funny as I have never received any email from them...Messy institution cant wait to set up a DD but will watch it as wouldn't be surprised if they mess that up too...Their site and phone line mentions discounts yet then they dont offer any even if you 'qualify' ...

Rude unhelpful staff with absolute zero empathy for an individuals situation, for example being homeless and trying to contact via email and having to wait weeks for a reply, they have spent the majority of their recent budget on new offices and as a result services have been stretched and taxpayers are suffering as a result, have never been given any real support throughout my life despite being from the area and being homeless on and off for a number of years.

Informed waste and recycling brown bin had not been emptied a week Monday they said they had to verify my address how long does it take wr3242607
Been in the borough over 25 years on the electoral register
As far as I am aware bin collection usually Mondays
House in existence since the 1930s

Nothing has changed since I am aware.
Never mind we are back to Monday soon hopefully it will be emptied.
