The lady at the counter was so polite and professional. We have self service kiosks as well.
The lady in the booth is literally the rudest person I have interacted with. Zero help, yelling at customers, extremely ill organised and rubbish behaviour. The man on the till was still ok but the lady was arrogant and extremely rude, clearly does not enjoy her job lol.
Only ever one person at tills, yet there are 3 tills. Waiting in the queue for over 35 minutes. Elderly customers unable to stand in the queue and not attended to.
The lady at the booth at the back of the post office is so rude and yells at customers. However, there is some good stationery in the store.
This is ridiculous to be a post office. Amazon same place, off license same shop . Daily long queue to wait. I will start to avoid the post office. DO NOT USE POST OFFICE. This branch is a bad idea for all Dartford. If you want to lose half a day just to send a package means your life is to bored
Never many staff on, always slow service and totaly useless as a parcel shop. Lazy staff. Worst thing dartford did was get rid of the old post office! If I could rate 0 I would this place is a total joke!!

I went here last month and had excellent service from the staff i dont remember her name but she was a tall asian lady and feel she should be recognised for being so helpful thank you
Rude staff, chatting in the travel money booth but would still require travel money customers to join the long postal queue so they can sit idle and chat longer. Not efficient at all.
Worst ever post office in UK, color manager is racist, don’t know any knowledge of BRP services.
