Been applying for jobs consistently and repeatedly and having proof of employment but thay proof is not enough for bexley or my social worker Michael. Yes I said their name. All my social workers have done nothing for me ever, they are slow, insanely stupid, and helpless and annoying. They arrive without invitation or letting me know, declaring a meeting in my own house, purposely provoke me to get a reaction by making entire meetings out of 1 question they could text me they all have my personal number, they never respond on time, and when you give up chasing your goals they give you motivation again just to be slow and not help you. I have stated countless times if they have a question ask me, dont turn up at my door uninvited and declare a meeting. This system is completely corrupt and controlled, I will be reporting the entire council and civic office for non compliance, harassment, abuse of power, and more. I hope no other children have to be put through your unfair and twisted, helpless and insanely slow system. To be honest, whatever situation they're in is better than the o e bexley would put you in. I would give every worker in the bexley council and civic office a NO STAR rating if I could. Absolute cabbages of people, cant ever get anything done. Only 17 and yous all think its okay to take the absolute piss with it knowing you will get away and get paid. None of these scum deserve jobs, they're only in it for the money. They DO NOT want to help you. If you're looking for a placement, go find a wheelie bin. It's much better than whatever bexley would put you in. Absolute scum of the earth all of you. Some social workers do not care if you in a bad situation/unsafe environment as well as they do not reply or call backnbeen rejected three times for supportive living and shared lives. They left me with no contact or any support for three months since recently.nI have had about 3 different support worker in the time of 5 years that is not good for someone with me with disabilities.nYou leave me to suffer in silence.nAsked to change to different person was told there was waiting list which I have been on few months or longernalso I have had about 4-5 different care providers within a year.
I am writing to complain once again.nnI first applied to go on the social housing list over a year ago on 5th January 2022. I live in an overcrowded property and me and my children are suffering as a consequence. I have a very small 2 bedroom flat and 2 children, male aged 12 and female aged 16 who are having to share a room and constantly arguing with little privacy for any of us. This is against ALL housing recommendations for families.nnA quick overview of what has happened is that it took months for me to get any initial response in the first place and after writing a complaint got told I would be a priority only to then be told that new applications were not being accepted. Then after once again receiving no communication, when being told I would as soon as I was able to apply, I complained again and got told that you were open for applications again and all documents already sent would be used. It has now been over a month since I sent this application and naturally assumed I would still be a priority, but again not heard anything. For full details please refer to my previous communications.nnI have been looking at private rent including further afield, as far away from schools and work that I can, but do not earn enough even with my benefits to be accepted for the very high private rental prices of 3 bedroom properties.nnIf I do not get some communication with a decision on my application soon I will be taking my complaint to the local newspapers and social media. It is not acceptable that a I am writing to complain once again.
It is a joke no one is working. Reception just give a number to call. Had already called number yesterday I was in the queue at number 1 for two hours on the telephone. Today I called it, after 48 minutes I got a answer and then they said call again and press option 2 have done this after a hour I have given up. I’m helping a elderly gentleman who been offered a new flat and he needs to change benefits over he is going to give the flat back which is ideal for him because he can’t change the benefits over. He spent over 4 hours yesterday trying to sort out.
Called 3 days in a row, waited 30 minutes each time, no one picked up the phone., on hold for evernWhen you have to collect 150£ a month for council tax.nnYou call every 3 days.nnI just needed to replace broken food bin. U don't pick phonennDisgusting
