Not happy with them at all. 

Started really nice, the person I viewed the house with was helpful and really nice, I wanted to rent the house so I put my application through in the office straight away. When I got to the office I felt unwelcome there and the person who was helping me with my application was rude. The next day I found out that I passed my credit check so the application is send to the landlord, few hours later I found out that the landlord chosen other people because the agency accepted 2 applications for the same house and than it took them over a week to return my money.

Terrible service throughout, arranged for  unfurnished with estate agent, flat was furnished, took two and a half months for them to remove the furniture after we stored it in the second bedroom, so paying full price for half the flat for all that time. Then take you're deposit for damage and cleaning that wasn't done when you first you moved in! We asked for cupboards to be fixed before moving in aswell as fixing a door, took 6 months for either to be done after calls placed weekly. Appalling service wouldn't recommend to anyone, rent of someone else you'll undoubtably get treated better and get better service.

I felt I could trust the estate agents to look after me as a customer. They dealt extremely well with a tricky tenant of mine and remained thoroughly professional throughout. I would definitely recommend loc8 to anyone.

An estate agents that does not take care of their customer at all.  No repairs were taken care of, the transition of the rent to the landlord was delayed with the landlord asking us why payment was late.  When I asked for the security deposit certificate, which by law I was meant to receive, I was rudely told down the phone " We don't have to give it to you, don't tell me how to do my job." Not a nice bunch of people to deal with.
