I have been a tenant with Stockton Students for two years all in all I can only sing their praises. They’re a very polite, helpful team that are friendly and approachable. The staff would take time out of there day to have a conversation with there tenants. The buildings themselves are always high quality.

Amazing student accommodation, super helpful staff and beautiful modern rooms. Location is also a win win super close to everything as well as having it’s very own gym! Highly recommend.

I moved in to a Studio with Stockton Students in September and I love it! The staff are so helpful and the rooms are really modern! Couldnt recommend staying with Stockton Students enough!

I've given 5 stars because they've earnt it. My sons flat is in the city centre. It's very modern, clean, extremely well maintained and whenever there's an issue it's sorted out quickly and effectively. Broken door handle? Man there to mend it within an hour or so. Tv aerial not working? Man there to fix it same day. They're excellent landlords and I can also confirm that they're decent people that go above and beyond because I had incorrectly bought a TV licence for my son better safe than sorry right. Except there's only one tv in the flat. It comes as part of the accommodation and stockton students have the tv licence for that. so i dont need a seperate tv licence for my son as he doesnt have a tv in his room. My son and I spent 10 weeks trying to get a refund off the TV licence people. It was a horrible process and we went round in circles.  In desperation I went to Stockton Students for help and Luis got involved. He quickly managed to give the tv licence people the info they wanted and l got my refund back within a week.  Stockton students and Luis didn't need to help me. I mean i'm nothing to do with them. I'm just a mum of a kid thats renting from them. It was 100% my mistake. But Luis helped me anyway. And that is the people behind the company. Decent humans and excellent landlords. What more could you ask for?

Living in a stockton students property for second year, no complaints, amazing facilities, would 100% recommend.

Friendly and supportive staff who are quick to respond to any queries or concerns. The flats are secure and comfortable with a very modern aesthetic.

Really nice accomodation for decent price, no issues with appliances in house, great communication between teants and landlords.

Thank you Stockton Students for all your support in providing our daughter with the comfort and security she needed.Leaving home for the first time can be traumatic, however your caring attitude and excellent accomodation made the transition much much easier. Your accomodation is new contemporary and most of all positive for the next forthcoming students in your care. Thank you once again Angela  Parent
