What a breath of fresh air. Yvonne Wood the Manager is first class. Polite, professional, courteous and never to busy to return your call or help you. Perhaps she could do some workshops with the Directors and other management. Well done Yvonne , a pleasure to deal with .

VERY POOR. Over priced my house by £450,000. No wonder it sat on the Market for so long, it was killed the moment they put it up for sale. My Solicitor brought in four independent estate agents and all valued between £850,000-£950,000. Be careful they don't estimate your house higher and after a few months start the ring round asking you to drop the price. Perhaps this is to bring it down to the right price , the one it should have been in the first place. Being the biggest does not mean the best , with the bright pink and the bling . Have a look at how many of their properties have been reduced. We are considering legal action.

I first visited this place about a year ago when they were having a refurb done. I wanted to part exchange my car in and get something a little newer. Was met with friendly staff that had all the answers to my questions. Took a while to get something sorted but after i got my quote i had to move which are up everything i wanted to put into it. Just recently came here again with a friend and they got her a fantastic deal, one so good I'm going in again to find me a new toy!
