Appalling waiting times. It's common to wait over an hour for your "appointment". I've never had one on time in all the years I've gone there. But I don't mind even 20 minutes waiting. But over an hour is ridiculous and unacceptable. You need to take the entire morning off work just to see someone. And while you are waiting an hour others will come in with appointments after yours and be seen in a few minutes. If you aren't working then fine. Go take a book and some lunch and prepare to wait for your so-called appointment. But otherwise it's not worth it. Especially if you are bringing young children
