My husband and I used to use this dentist. It is by far the worst we have ever been to. From start to finish you just feel like you're a nuisance. Staff are so busy chatting it takes a good five minutes to answer the phone and even then they are still chatting to one another. Their language is unprofessional, we've heard them swear in the past and they don't seem to care if children can hear. Last time I went, the toilet seat was broken, but the loo was still in use..... It is a cowboy outfit. Zero customer care.

Everything I have been in I would have to wait for an hour to be seen, but part from that the dentist and nurses are happy and easy to talk to and good at there jobs

I have had problems with dentists all of my life, both NHS and Private, making me hate and fear them. This dentist is the best by a long way. They tell you what the problem is, what they are going to do, and why. They are friendly but professional, quick but careful. I'm not saying that I now look forward to going, but it's close :) On the minus side, today I had to wait 2 minutes for a space to become available on their small car park.
