Waited over 3 years to get an NHS dentist, finally got an appointment for 11am today. Got there 10:50 and filled all the forms. Was still sitting there at 11:30 and no sign of being called. Staff walking past as if I wasn’t there, patients sitting side by side without any masks. Lots of signs saying wear a mask when in waiting room, but zero enforcement. I had to leave as I had another appointment 11:45. Very poor set up.
The best dental practice l have been to. Eithne removed two Broken teeth this morning, no pain and no swelling. Have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.l Highly Recommend this practice
Brilliant service and care in this dentist. All staff are welcoming and lovely. I had my treatment with Raj and he was totally honest and realistic in his examination and treatment. He explains what he is doing when he’s working which I found reassuring. For someone who has always hated going to the dentist I definitely have had a positive experience at the Grosvenor and Raj I am a private patient and have found their prices reasonable and one of the best in the area
I visited the Grosvenor Dental Practice today and as always Raj and his team were Brilliant and extremely Professional I had a composite filling and I’m very pleased with the result I would highly recommend the Practice as I have been a patient here for many years now and I’m so glad that I get my Dental care from them!! Many Thanks Raj and all your Amazing team at the Grosvenor
I went to Grosvenor dental surgery To have a tooth taken out and it didn’t hurt at all great service have been using them for years
Thank you GDP for fitting me in so quickly when I was suffering from toothache and away from home. Raj was very professional, friendly and advised what he thought was the problem and the action to take. Pleased to say the antibiotics have started to kick in and I’m feeling much better. Thank you so much everyone and particularly the young lady who had recently moved to Colwyn Bay from Leicester.
I am rating this dentist a 1 star as I have waited over 3 years due to covid as an excuse my teeth are falling out because of no appointments available it's disgusting I should of had a dentist by now but no still not

My husband and I were sitting in the waiting room for our appointment with the NHS dentist lady and the owner of the place came through with what I can describe was a female new dentistry lady that I think was about to start,the way this man was talking about "us NHS patients " like we were all just scum saying things like" the NHS lot get the put last and smiling about it going through a few more examples of us NHS scum until my husband stood up and said its disgusting how he can stand there and quite happily stand there and dis people that use the NHS and was called though to his appointment very angry told the female dentistry lady what he just witnessed and she left the room.she wiped the floor with the manager ran disgusting behaviour shame on you!!
My kids come here but they struck me off for missing appointments. The truth is I'm a very anxious patient. I desperately need a tooth extracted ASAP but they will not help.
