Wasn’t able to get my prescription. Won’t be bothering again
Awful pharmacist, no order for queues, everyone was getting irritable as they made us all wait outside and one lady had a pop at me and asked why I wasn't going in, I waited my turn and looked inside and saw 3 people inside, thought I'd stick to the rules. There were no signs up to let anyone know the amount of people allowed inside and once I got my prescription the pharmacist was really rude. Needless to say I've now changed chemist's for my families prescriptions.
I've have a lot more issues then i've had good times here. Long waits for prescriptions, having prescriptions even though my doctors is less that 10 seconds walk from their front door and now they won't pick up the phone. Now i will admit it does get busy and it is tiny if you go before 1500 it's perfectly fine but after that, that's when the issues start.
Try for more than 2 hours on phone... phoned while inside and phone just keeps ringing and not 1 of them answered

Absolutely shambolic customer service. It's not my job as a customer to understand the terms used and processes that are undertaken in store. On numerous occasions I've left the store bewildered as to why they don't have, can't give or how to get my next prescription. Only today I was turned away after driving over there and asking for my "Prescription" and they couldn't find it. After driving back home and calling them back after trying to work out why they explained I should have asked for my "Click And Collect" prescription. The level of pedantry not to just check both when they couldn't find it in the first place is dumbfounding. When I came back in to collect it they explained MY error and offered NO apology!
Small and compact, yet the staff always manage to turn around your prescription rather quickly. They also provide numerous services and have also checked up on my medication a couple of times for me.
Good service and helpful staff, no sufficient number of people. Short time opening work.
Great staff. Easy to find via website. Online order sorted quickly and good communication about progress of order
