Wouldn’t recommend took fifteen pounds off me to repair a tablet which wasn’t repaired properly. Went to the shop to have my Samsung tablet repaired spoke to the owners colleague who said he would look at the tablet for me. When I went back to collect the tablet he said it was fixed and it had a software problem I knew this wasn’t the problem but couldn’t be bothered to argue The tablet then broke again two weeks later with the same problem not charging took the tablet back The owner was in the shop on this occasion I told him I’d been in previously with the tablet and his colleague had supposedly repaired the tablet but the tablet had broken again with the same problem I’d previously Taken the tablet in with.. The owner asked me if I was given a receipt and I said I wasn’t given one by the gentleman who served me, The owner of the shop said he would have a look at the tablet for me. He rang me back the next day it turned out to be a faulty charging port and the owner wanted to charge me a further £35 to repair the tablet which I thought was cheeky considering I’d already paid £15 for it to be fixed so I told him to not bother repairing it. Always used this shop in the past for repairs but I won’t be returning in the future very disappointed
Fantastic service!!! I have already recommended this company to friends and family, Really nice genuine guy, reasonably priced service. I broke to screen on my iPhone 6 he fitted a new one in 20mins. Thanks Phone Clinic from a very happy customer
Brilliant shop. They've fixed a number of issues with my phones over the years; the price always seems fair and the work is quality. Now they sell electrical and DIY stuff too, awesome!
The service is superb. Honest , professional and very quick service. I'm happy seeing working of this man.will go again there.
The service is amazing .....got my things repaired in very short time.That was good experience and I will be their customer from now onward.
