Called today to pick up my grandsons prescription up required to prevent water infection and hospital admission to be told the script was in but would have to go back at 5pm as they were shutting to have a break. i Informed that my grandson was in quarantine and my daughter could not get back as there was no one to have the baby. They still refused got prescription back at went to Rawlands staff were amazing polite and prompt. The lady's in boots were very sower faced and misrable very
I think that this is the most inefficient pharmacy in the world. Part of the prescription not supplied but not informed about. Also when you ring to enquire about its whereabouts they never answer the phone, which means another unnecessary trip. Also never send a text to tell you that it is ready. Sort yourselves out please.
Couldn't get an appointment for the doctors so went in to see if I could get any help without a prescription. The chemist there was very helpful and within just a few days I was feeling much better doctors waiting time was 3.5 weeks.
Elderly blonde lady, very sour-faced, would not consider my dad's prescription, at 5.27 p.m. even though they only closed at 5.30. Plenty of time. Took business elsewhere. Speaking as a fellow pharmacist.
Always very helpful and competent. On this occasion collected a delivery of online make up purchase. This was found straight away and excess packaging was disposed of for me.
