It feels like you work for the bank not them work for you. Bagging for documents they supposed to give you. Aggressive manager makes you feel unwelcome. This is not how British people do things.

Iam discussed after waiting for 5 minutes because I asked the men. if you have got the Brexit 50p then he said yes we have got lots of them . So I went to the cashier and asked her if I could have six of them.  she said in a aggressive  tone we don't have any . Then I was very  disappointed  with Lloyds banking

Slow motion picture

Visited this morning with my neighbour who is elderly and recently bereaved. We were seen by Neil the manager who was very helpful and sympathetic. Would recommend.
