When there are 5 staff of the pharmacy working inside and a customer waiting for more than 5 minutes can be seen DISRESPECTFUL and when the staff is chatting with friend about the weather and his personal life and there are customers waiting it reflects IGNORANCE. Very unprofessional staff and rude. I switched to Lloyds Pharmacy, where I have found a more professional and courteous staff along with better service.
The staff are really helpful and prepare your prescription within minutes. This pharmacy can get busy at times but try going early morning or between 2 to 4pm. Professional staff .
Arrived to pick up my partners prescription. Two ladies behind the counter faffing about, and chatting to each other. Didn’t even look at me. Then they disappeared into the pharmacy itself. I was the only customer in there at that point. Then another customer came in & a male came around to the counter & asked the gent who had just came in if he could help him. The guy pointed out that I was next. I told the guy behind the counter, that indeed I was next, however I was just being ignored. He apologised. But I found the two females very rude
I received wrong amount of my medication I was always running out. so I counted them and amount came up short
The staff at Jones Pharmacy are excellent! They are professional, efficient and very hard working. We appreciate all of their hard work, especially during the pandemic. Dave and team deserve a massive thank you!
