I used this pharmacy today to pick up a prescription. As I waited six people arrived at once. The counter staff were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The pharmacist came down twice to answer medical concerns and was clear to see he was extremely helpful, interested and gave people the time they needed. The queue went down in no time at all as the staff were well trained and so efficient. Highly recommend.

We are so lucky to be able to use this pharmacy. All the staff are extremely professional and friendly too and nothing is too much trouble for them. The pharmacists are always willing to explain about any medication that has been prescribed and will always discuss concerns with you. I would not use anwhere else.

I was desperate to find migraine help for my friend who I was visiting abroad that week. Her brand had been discontinued. This wonderful shop staff member talked suggestions through for me and had everything ready for me to take on my way to the airport. My friend was so grateful as they worked and she now sticks with this brand.
Appalling service if you get home delivery. If you are not in or don’t get to the door in time you have to pay £5 to get your prescription re delivered. You aren’t informed when the prescription is getting delivered and they are too busy to text email or phone you with the delivery time or day ? So you need mystic Meg on standby or pay £5.
Five stars for Eric and the team. They always go the extra mile to deliver great patient care there dependable, professional, friendly, efficient, excellent communication skills, patient orientated and they demonstrate empathy when dealing with the public. A real community pharmacy I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have found the staff to very helpful and reassuring when discussing ailments and medicine's, I couldn't recommend them more. Also the female pharmacist was so helpful and listened to all problems before giving some really useful advice and helped me understand how to use my new medication worked before I left. Thank you again.
This pharmacy is now putting wealth before health refusing to deliver to vulnerable people and if you don’t get to your door within a minute you then get a £5 charge for delivery instead of posting through letter box their only concern is profit not for the care of sick people avoid this chemist plenty of others offering good service
