Opening times are getting ridiculous for working class people like myself who work 9-5. I've been with Lloyds for the past 19 years and this is the worst opening hours I've seen for a Lloyds branch. I remember my previous branch was open until 5:30. Also waiting times are ridiculous do not use this bank if you are in a rush

A particularly good, well managed branch. Friendly and efficient service. Far, far better than the Stafford branch.

I just started banking with Lloyds recently. Its a great up to date branch. I've been in the Walsall branch once and they don't have the paying in facilities as this one does. Nice and spacious, consulting staff are always available to talk too and friendly. Shopfloor staff are great to they can see when you need help and are prompt with it.
