From the person that greeted us in a "I don't care at all about you get out of my face faster " way, to Helen D that was to do a change on the account. She was so poor in every aspect of customer service it is appalling. Wasn't understanding of us especially that we had a toddler with us, cold and distant. You name it. Really hope I never have to visit this branch ever in my life. Barclays, poor job from your hiring manager hiring these people that treat customers like this. I hope to switch banks pretty soon anyway. Thank God.

Got seen quickly however the lady who served me at the desk was rather contradicting and spoke down to me, left feeling rather uncomfortable and unhappy
