Excellent service in photo department this morning both staff members going above and beyond. Making it so easy to print out the pictures, nothing was to much , no rushing it's a pleasure to be helped by them. Angie Bird
Came for lunch at 12.30. No jacket potatoes, only 1 flavour of toastie. The lady serving was so slow, it was an hour from being served to getting our food. Would hate to be there if it's busy. Every table needed clearing. To put it politely, the staff were useless.
Poor manners from the security member of staff the older one, who walked in front of my trolley demanding abruptly to see my receipt, which I hadn’t because I declined the offer of receipt at the scan and go. However I was able to prove my purchase by showing my bank account statement on the app on my phone which sufficed, after this he proceeded to state that the checks were because “there are scumbags that bag groceries and walk straight through the scan and go”, implying that I look like a scumbag myself. I have been shopping here for years and go almost every day.nThe rest of staff are friendly and helpful though.
ABSOLUTE SCAM......AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!nnThis is the 2nd time now that I've received no groceries but says delivered. Had a call saying the driver left without my order...... and to cancel it.....but I can't cancel it as its saying delivered???????nAbsolutely appalling!!!!! £35 in total asda and justeat have robbed from me..... have a look at the justeat reviews..... clearly something going on!!!!!!nnAVOID AVOID AVOID
Amazing customer service, today while shopping I realised I had an appointment to attend. I ask customer service if I could leave my trolly and return for it in a moment, they were very helpful and understanding. I also phone to confirm I will definitely be returning due to my appointment take longer than expected, staff were very friendly and helpful. When returning the staff were very polite. Thank you for today! I shop in this store regular and the staff are always helpful and polite. Also a shout out to the scan and go ladies…you have so much patience and fantastic customer skills.
