Exceptional service throughout!! Every member of staff I have spoken to, from the Receptionist to the Salesman Colin and, on one occasion, the Service Manager, has been friendly, polite, and very helpful. I can not recommend this dealership enough. I just wish they were closer to where I live. Thank you for everything.

Emailed for price on repairs. Dont bother to reply to emails for quotes. Still awaiting after 1 month. Funny i could of spent about a grand your loss. Cant comment on the service as i didn't receive any not even a simple sorry we dont do!
Very friendly and helpful! During our holidays in Scotland a technical problem occurs on our Velar. They helped us directly by resetting some sensors without any time delay and explained us the reason in an understandable way. Thanks a lot for your help.

Thought I would wait till my car purchased from Lloyd Land Rover Kelso had done 500 miles before posting my review. Firstly personal thanks to Paul Hutchinson who couldn't be more helpful sending me videos of the vehicle, anything I needed he was super informative on the phone and email. This is the first time I have purchased online without inspecting the vehicle myself. The 12 month warranty works I had to make a claim the car flagged up an issue, again they couldn't have done more to get this solved quickly which they did and the warranty company. Overall I'm very happy and love the car keep up the customer service levels..
Visited this dealership today. Very friendly excellent service when we rang prior to visiting which continued once we were there. The whole experience of buying a car was very pleasant. Bruce was knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.
Started off very good with salesman Alistair who even now I can't fault, top notch sales man and very experianced. Shame he was let down in a sale big time by the 'sales manager'. The hilux I went to purchase was priced wrong, when this all came to light Andy got very funny and started with an attitude was very disappointing and has put me off the garage all together.
What a great service we received from Colin in car sales. Very impressed by our buying experience at Lloyds Land Rover.
