Excellent customer service. Five star sales and service team. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Lloyd BMW Blackpool. 

I picked up my new 430i Gran Coupe and experienced a great 'hand over.' Every aspect of the car's features was demonstrated so I drove away confident and delighted with my new purchase. 

I received a great trade in deal and discount on the new vehicle. Lloyd also provided a full tank of fuel for the new car. All the paperwork and plates were prepared. It was a very good experience. Thank you to Jeremy Needham and his professional and friendly team.

Parts department spot on always happy to help and chat about the car in question. Can't fault this place, excellent customer service and friendly staff. highly recommended dealership, and the range of bmw's on offer is above and beyond. Best place to get yourself a new quality car.

Have taken my two non BMW cars here for new tyres.  Both times treated excellently and ALL staff were pleasant and helpful.  To be honest, i was surprised as i thought I'd be looked down on, but the experience couldn't have been more different.   Will be going back.

When something does not go your way, you expect confrontation. Instead, I was treated with respect and in such a distinctive manner, that reassured me that Customer Care is not only their priority, it is their core.
