trying to book a service and day 2 (call number 3) and yet another promise to call me back that never happened. Only reason a 3 stars is the guy on the service desk was really good. If the front desk promise a call back they should do it if only to say we are still very busy and we do appreciate my patience and we will get service desk to call you before lunch!

Only came for a test drive. Nice selection of refreshments while waiting though. Usual pushy salesman more interested in their bonus than your needs, but that's car dealerships all over.

Booked my Mini in for a service after having problems with the Bowker dealership in Preston. Lloyds were friendly and efficient from start to finish. Excellent customer service!
