Had the misfortune to have to visit the bodyshop after my mums car was damaged. Dave was excellent.  Explained the whole process clearly. Great customer service.

Appalling service.  Bought a used Corolla just under 3 years was to be supplied with a full MOT.  It wasn't it required all new discs to pass the MOT.  Was advertised with Android auto which it doesn't have and they failed to update it to have Android Auto.  in the past 2 months it has been back 5 times.  So much for the 30 day guarantee and the 145 checks that are supposed to carried out.

Many thanks to David, who was lovely and patient when I received my new toyota, can not praise him enough, and that applies to all staff at Harry Feeney's, felt completely at ease right from entering the showroom, made the right choice.  Thank you .ND.

Use them for servicing, tyres and puncture repairs on my taxi. Always helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I'm not writing this  as a customer, I'm writing this as a new member of staff, having worked in several garages over the years, I've recently moved to the area, the staff are friendly, and extremely professional in all areas of the business. Everyone is extremely customer focused , A true family run business.

We booked in for an inspection and report on our 7-year-old Toyota Yaris, arriving on time for a very efficient reception and a discussion of possible problems. Within an hour, during which we visited a nearby B&M store, they had discovered that both the battery and two rear tyres all 7 years old needed replacing, something they did in the next hour while we sat comfortably in their waiting area with access to free drinks and a splendid toilet. The cost of the inspection was deducted from the cost of the tyres and battery and we went happily reassured on our way.
