Fantastic service from Jon Day, Craig, Olly and everyone else at Blackpool Honda, from Service Reception, Lee and Kieran to Sales Dept, the quality of service is terrific and of course the cars - HONDA CARS what else can be said - SIMPLY THE BEST. Fantastic customer service from this dealership. If you are thinking of buying a car - call these guys. They will look after you. I live more than 200 miles from the dealership and I have just bought a CR-V. The car was bought based the description and images displayed on the Auto Trader website. The purchase was all done over the telephone and internet. Despite not seeing the car before it arrived on my driveway, the car is exactly what I was after and in absolutely faultless condition despite the fact it is 4 years old. Chris Weilding was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealership again. Thank you all at Honda Blackpool

Just bought a Honda approved used CRV here. Nice friendly staff & not too pushy when you're looking at a car. Well happy with the price i got for my part ex & happy with the price i paid for my newer wheels.

Bought a used Honda Civic in Feb of this year. Salesman Jon was spot on. Very helpful, without being condescending, like some used car salespersons. Unfortunately there were some issues with the car. Wrong size wheels ( advertised as 17” but 16” were fitted), no parcel shelf. Only noticed when I got home to Glasgow 3 hours later once my wife wanted to take a spin. Jon sorted it out and I had to drive back down 3 days later to have everything sorted. Put half a tank of diesel in for the inconvenience, which was fine. On the way back up, noticed the steering wheel was turned slightly to the right (was all ok with 16” wheels on........). Jon sorted this by paying for it to be sorted at a Glasgow Honda dealership. I’ve given 3 stars as the PDI should have been carried out correctly, and the misaligned the wheels should have been noticed when changing to the 17”. Experienced car mechanics should have road tested it. I give Jon 5 stars for his helpfulness, but I’d give the service department 1 star, hence 3 stars is neutral. Would I go back? Maybe, but next time I would be extra thorough with my inspection as they don’t pay attention to detail as much as they should. I expect to leave without any issues and drive home, but that wasn’t the case.............
