Collected our new Peugeot from this dealership in March.  After an awful 8 month wait (at point of order advised 8-12 week delivery time!) for the car with very poor communication throughout  and lots of staff changes we finally collected the car.  The thoroughness of the pre delivery inspection was poor, loose trim, manufacture transit stickers not removed, rounded screw head on number plate and poorly fitted, warranty / service book not completed to name a few.  We've raised all the issues with the dealership with no response and escalated to Evans Halshaw customer complaints (12/03), again no response that actually deals with the complaint.   It's clear to us that they are not committed to a basic level of customer care, never mind a good level. It was the worse new car experience ever and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great garage. Great customer service. Bought our Peugeot 2008 SUV here. The staff are fantastic at looking after you and nothing is too much trouble. Even arranged to collect us to pick up our new car as well as followed up with courtesy calls to see how we were getting on with it.

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with this Evans Halshaw Branch. Was initially dealing with Stephen who gave me a comprehensive talk round the vehicles I was interested in and was present during test driving. He made me aware of all of the options that were available to me to protect myself following the purchase. Lewis handed the car over to me a couple of days later following Valeting and was very helpful in explaining service cover that was available as well as explaining all of the features of the car to me. Would recommend this dealer highly.

David and Lewis provided a friendly and efficient service. We were made to feel welcome and very much at home. They provided enough help and advice to ensure we were confident in our choice of car - and we drove away with the feeling of being a valued customer. Would recommend this dealership to our friends.

this is Our 2nd car we have bought from these guys. Can not fault them at all Arron dealt with us 1st and then Lewis done the handover.
Lewis is a  absolute credit to your company. He took my private plates Off my old car for me, he set up my hands free and he made sure I knew what all the stuff was in the car. He done all my paper work tax, insurance. I didn’t feel
Rushed or pressured into buying a car at any time during the procedure. 

However I did ring up with a question as told
To contact them If need any help. Rung up still waiting on call back 2 days later. So had to ring up again.
