Its OK however its been sold and new management taking over so it will be brilliant. Very relaxing away from all the busy area. Its got an outdoor area which is lovely because you can see the fields. Great country saide loved it.
We stayed nearby and visited the pub lunchtime and evening and it was very quiet both times. However the service was quick and friendly and we enjoyed the beer. I believe there is a restaurant area but we stayed in the bar area as we had a dog. There is a car park and garden.
Lovely refreshing drink after a walk around pegsdon hills
We just love this place. Good food, homely environment, lovely staff. And in summer you might be lucky to see a drunken wasp
A recent visit for an evening meal,nice surroundings & polite service,very quiet this particular evening, but food was very nice.
Great place to visit. If you looking for a place to relax and to stay for a few nights this is a great place
