Food quality outstanding, customer service very good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is really because of no free parking. The is a car park right by it but a bit pricey

For a small city branch this Waitrose is relatively well stocked. Unlike it's competitors they carry a range of cooking items as well as vegetables and delicatessen items. The entrance is very accessible and its just a few minutes from Snow Hill Station and the Metro stop at Bull Street so hand for lunch, dinner items on the way home or even to grab a brekkie.

Every time when I walked into store I was welcomed with a smile from every employee, including security staff. Clean, well stocked, quite busy at times.
