Great selection off frozen/fresh food etc... lovely staff that make you feel welcome and actually smile with great service! I dont know his name but he is the security guard he helped me out recently i struggled lifting cases off pop into trolley (heavily pregnent) he happily came over and helped me he also came over and helped me at checkout to be scanned etc... and asked if i was ok/needed his assistance anymore if want good value food/friendly staff with 100% customer service shop here 😆

Not organised at all. Needs staff in before 10 o'clock because it's busy with home delivers and there is either one staff on or two who not only have to serve but pack the delivers themselves and 5oclock the same what the he'll does the manager do people are always complaining

Very good place to get food and groceries, definitely at a reasonable price also.

This store is a short walk from West Bromwich Bus Station, the Metro Station and a large car park. It is a well stocked store with all the usual fresh fruit, frozen, and chilled foods. There is often someone to help with packing should you need assistance.

Good value, good dates on most foods. Love the free delivery. Choices are a bit limited. I wish the Ilse's could be a little wider, it can be very tight with the big trollies.
