I don't recommend this company! PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. I bought a balance bike and a helmet for my daughter for her birthday. The helmet was available a little bit later than the bike - I understood that and waited for full order. I got a date for delivery, but when that day came I didn't get the order. I waited couple days and emailed the company asking where is my order. In the answer they told me the bike wasn't available and the time for delivery is longer. Why on their website it was as available?! It was unacceptable for me as they should let me know as this was an important information! I waited again. I got my order after a mont waiting. The helmet is ok, but the bike wasn't good. The pain from the frame was coming out and the front wheel wasn't straight, so I returned it. The contact for return was great, but after they got my return they stopped replying to my emails and I still haven't got my money back which takes a month. I reported it to my bank and I hope I will get the money back.
We visited the store to shop for a pram and car seat wanting to support a local retailer rather than the big chains. The positives are that they have lots of prams and car seats in store to try and the sale assistants we spoke to were very helpful and gave useful advice. The pram we had chosen was in stock we were able to take it away that day. The car seat and base wasn't in stock and needed to be ordered from Cybex and we were advised it would take a couple of weeks to come into stock and we would be called or emailed to collect once available. We heard nothing and after a month I emailed with a reply given to say that it hadn't come in yet. After nearly three months and repeatedly chasing and being ignored despite having paid for the car seat and base, I was told by email that it still wasn't in stock and would we like a refund. However, after a further two weeks no refund was given, we contacted our Credit Card company to initiate a chargeback to get our money refunded which was promptly given. The car seat was then ordered next day delivery from a large retailer that I wish we had read all the other negative reviews and done in the first place! Clearly Little Angels have no interest in providing any customer service once they have taken your money and I strongly advise you to think carefully before ordering anything not in stock as it caused us lots of stress and hassle which is the last thing you need when expecting a baby! Sadly we won't be shopping here again.
I shopped in store at the beginning of February for my baby’s travel system, Jane helped us and gave us really insightful demos and her own opinion/experience of the prams we wanted to see, there was lots of options in store as well. We ordered the oyster 3 with expected delivery for end of March which was made very clear to us. Unfortunately when the delivery arrived we had been sent the wrong car seat! I did try ringing the number provided a few times during opening hours sadly no response I do think customer service could be a bit better if the store had a live phone it seems strange to me they don’t however once I emailed the ‘repairs’ email, Mark was extremely helpful with fast replies and apologised for the mixup, sent me the correct car seat next day and arranged for someone to collect the wrong one. Thank you very much Mark and Jane you are both amazing credits to the business!
Ordered items for next day delivery, they took 10 days to arrive. I called them after 4 days of waiting, to chase up the order, and was told 1 of my items was out of stock, so once stock comes in, it will be dispatched. I did not receive any emails or communication from the company to inform me of the delay in delivery, all I received from them was the confirmation email at the time of placing the order.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Awful experience after awful experience with this store. I would never buy from again. Absolutely no customer service. I ordered a bottle holder for my pushchair in June on preorder, it has never come in and on the website it kept saying it would be in stock the following month. I ended up requesting a refund in October and I have still not received it. Since then I have rang again, emailed twice and been in to store I was told to leave my number and that the owner would sort it for me the following day, I was never contacted. My last email has been ignored and I am now at the point of leaving this review. I hope this grabs your attention and prompts you to sort out my refund.
Loved it here. A LOT bigger than I thought it would be, good options of everything. It's like a tardis in inside. Welcomed by a lovely young lady who showed us how to get the strollers up and down and then left us to it, and didn't hover which made me feel more comfortable. Competitive prices too. Will be recommending to friends and returning for baby #2 x
I didn't receive my order by the estimated delivery date so I telephoned to chase it. As it hadn't been dispatched I agreed to wait another week. When I still hadn't received my order I telephoned again. The order still hadn't been despatched so the telephony agent agreed to issue me a refund. I hadn't received the refund after a further week. I had to open a case with PayPal in order to receive my refund. I wouldn't order from this company again.
Hi can you please stop advertising items on Google that you do not have in stock, people can not wait weeks/months for cots and prams and do not want to be lied to every week that it will be in stock next week. please show some consideration and stop being selfish money grabbers. Ps I can see you have ripped people off and not give them a refund so if my refund doesn't arrive within 10 working days as you have told me, I will be reporting you to trading standards order sa355720 Update, they have not given me a refund and are now trying to tell me that I’ve already received my refund. I have all the evidence ready thank you
Visited the store today with my partner and parents, when we arrived the ladies asked if we needed help etc. but were happy to leave us wandering around and having a look to see if anything took my fancy. A couple of the ladies popped over at various points probably when I looked really lost or overwhelmed and pointed us in the direction of prams I'd seen online and was interested in, but I didn't feel pressured at all to start making a decision as to what I wanted. I eventually accosted Jo and asked her what felt like a tonne of daft questions but at no point did I feel like she was uninterested or trying to palm me off. She showed us every pram I was interested in - how to change the carry cot/stroller seat/car seat over, collapsing the chasis, the whole lot. Also happy to give me her opinions which was great, rather than it just being "well they're all great but the most expensive one is the best". We eventually decided on an Oyster pram system and after being allowed to fiddle around with it, push it around the store and just make a nuisance of myself, the ladies were all really happy we'd picked something but didn't try to push any extras on us which was a worry, never been pram shopping before and I was anxious it'd be like trying to buy a car!. We did buy the pram and take it home with us today - it's an ex display pram - so I can't comment on any ordering delays that others have mentioned however, based on today alone I'd 100% recommend anyone to visit here for their shopping trip. I felt listened to and not just treated like another customer coming to burn some ££, so thank you everyone for making a possibly stressful situation so calm and enjoyable! Jo was fantastic and definitely needs her own thanks - so, thanks Jo! You made the experience so much easier than I'd convinced myself it would be.
Placed an order on 7th Feb for delivery on 8th March. Made contact with company on 14th March to say ask when I would receive item to be told that there was a delay and could now be May. Asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere to be told it would take 10 days to be processed. They didn’t have the courtesy to notify me that there was a delay, they took the money immediately out of my account but yet it takes 10 days to get it back. Appalling customer service and sales practices - Avoid
