great gym and a friendly and exciting atmosphere. 

offer 1 week of free training to any class, all coached by world renown athletes in their trade.

I was lost in the class as a beginner. I was not taught any basics. Too much crowd for each class so no attention from the trainer.

Pros:great staff, good equipment and excellent mma classes.
Cons: temperature can be cold , there's no mirror in the bathroom and the music gets messed about with to much
