A great gym with friendly staff that are very welcoming. If I am stuck with what exercise to do they’re always there to offer advice. There is all the equipment you need for a great workout. 💪🏽

Excellent staff and good equipment. Not a corporate gym like JD or Pure gyms, so it keeps out the hipsters. Only serious athletes.

Short guy with bald patch on his head that works there is extreamly rude. Turned running machine off while i was on it which is against health and safety 5 minutes before closing. I did say 2 minutes mate and ill be out your way   which he responded with switching the machine off when he could clearly see i was on it.

Great gym, lots of good equipment but very small and the staff aren't particularly helpful.
