Nice gym, plenty of cardio equipment. The free weights area is now better after the refurbishment.nI try to avoid the times between 4PM-8PM as that's most busy and you may struggle to find a bench, barbell, dumbell or plates. Also some members just hog the equipment when it can be shared between sets.nPlenty of lockers available but just 2 urinals and 2 toilets.nI suggest management should invest in more frequent cleaning and maybe some sort of air freshener equipment around the locker room and the main entrance.

Amazing gym has all well the leg press machines should be bit more better but there are 4 diffrent once so is okay , all stuff u need lots of space ppl are okay , staff is very helpful and polite  very clean lots of cardio equipments weights everything is just perfect one of the best commertial gyms in coventry

This gym is good for using during the non peak hours. If you try and go between 18:00 and 20:30 during the weekdays you will need to wait for about 10 minutes in order to find an empty machine. The lockers and changing rooms are pretty dirty every time mens and there are quite a lot of lockers which are broken and if you do pull them open even though with the lock ON they do open. There are a few good machines after the 'refurbishment' but still there are plenty of sticky cables machines that it seems nobody cares about. I also want to highlight that this gym gets so full and in a case of emergency and if people have to evacuate it will be a miracle if nobody's injured. The management team needs to stop thinking about money and prioritise safety as they have given way too many memberships for the space provided. Overall disappointing experience.

Speechless of the staff in female changing room. The sauna has always been turned off for no reason, while there were people inside. I’ve come to workout in this gym for 3 months, this behavior has happened more than 5times, also not close to the closing time. I understand the reason to save energy, but people are inside the sauna room! You turned it off when you see people come inside, why?? Even happened one time when 7people inside. The staff with blonde hair, always her turned it off, pls give a concrete reason. What a bummer.

I had to use a gym whilst staying in Coventry to compete at a body building competition. The gym staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional. The gym facilities are world class and the locker rooms very clean. Great space with modern equipment that is in abundance. UIBFF Team South Africa very impressed
