I recently rejoined training at the studio due to a knee injury. I was worried after having so much time off and getting back into training. The owner / PT was amazing. Very different from any of the other trainers in the city. She actually listens to what you are struggling with. Helped with my rehab . The service is amazing and the cost of training is affordable. You get a lot out of it. Would recommend to female friends & family.

My experience with the team at Body Perfect is as the name suggest, they make your body perfect. From the advice on nutrition to the simple but effective training plans. I am now working towards my first fitness competition which is in May. I have tried other gyms but not come across any that are so clean and filled with up to date equipment . Thank you for helping me on my journey Body Perfect

I needed a Personal Trainer to help me train for my first marathon. I had hired other instructors at the gyms in town but they couldn't help me with my back and some of them didn't seem very interested to be honest. My friend told me to try this studio, because it's a private studio so never packed out like other gyms. Especially at peak times. I am so grateful for all the help & guidance. I will be running my first charity marathon in April. Thank you so much to all the team at Body Perfect.

Absurdly overpriced personal trainer, £70+ for an hour?! An arrogant owner / trainer who loves talking about herself, doesn't seem to the know the first thing about fitness. More interested in becoming a celebrity than maintaining a quality business. Really not worth the money. Edit: Owner of the studio is trying to get this review removed because it's hateful? No it's just honest. Also very convenient that right after my review, days later a glowing (and extremely generic) review appears. This was my honest experience and thus my honest review. Trust me when I say, save your money and go elsewhere.

Fantastic studio. Very friendly team of Personal Trainers who put their all into helping you reach your goals. They offer you continuous support. Highly recommend.
