All the staff are welcoming and funny, excellent for boxing and also not too bad for weight and fitness training.

Best gym I've ever been to by a country mile.    Family run, friendly and welcoming.  There is no difference in the treatment and respect given to pro boxers, and someone putting on a pair of gloves for the first time.  I would recommend this place to anyone- regardless of age or fitness.  Everything a gym should be.
