What a joke of a company , I ordered in oct and due to my parcel not being delivered they will not refund my money. Said I refused delivery but why would anyone order then refuse , so I asked for the proof and they ignore you. I know 2 people who worked for them and both said they are know for trying to keep your money. What thief’s and crooks
What should have been a red flag initially was that they declined my cashback after going through TopCashBack to buy the shoes. I've been a member of TCB for 10 years, so I know exactly what has to be done to ensure cashback is received, and Linzi claimed I hadn't done it, which was completely untrue! The shoes arrived, they looked fairly cheap so I decided to return them and this is where the problems arose. I posted them on the 30th August and when I tracked them it showed that they were received back by Linzi on 3rd September. Not only did I not get any acknowledgement of them receiving them, but no sign of any refund either. It's interesting that when I paid for the goods they were happy to take my money straight away - an instantaneous electronic payment - yet when it comes to me receiving my money back, I have to wait no less than 12 days for this. This is despite them being in receipt of the goods already for over a week. The 'Customer Support Assistant' I was communicating with on email has to be, by far, the most unhelpful, unprofessional, ignorant person I've dealt with in a long time. Repeatedly ignored my questions, fobbed me off with lies, and refused to escalate my complaint to management when I requested it. She even had the audacity - hilariously so - to blame the delay of my refund on the fact that Royal Mail had a strike coming up on the 8th and 9th September! Linzi received my goods back on the 3rd September so how on earth does a future Royal Mail strike have any bearing on me receiving a refund, unless, that is, they were planning on sending me a cheque out in the post nothing would surprise me at this point. Four email complaints later and she still hasn't answered my questions or provided any explanation as to why they think the delay is acceptable. Please avoid this company like the plague. Shambolic service, copy and paste, braindead responses, and absolutely no gumption whatsoever.
Didn’t even get acknowledged asked to try on some Shoes , the lady left them on counter after grabbing my size didn’t even give them to me to try on , I had to walk over and pick up such bad service , if they were polite I most likely would have bought a couple of pairs
Shoes worn once diamanté fallen off when asked for a refund for faulty shoes to then be told there for decoration purpose only?? So no refund why sell the shoes if there for decoration purpose only!!!
Ordered shoe on 26 august Paid express delivery which is 1 to 2 days been a week and still no shoes and need them for 3 rd September as at wedding Totally disappointed
Do not order from Linzi shoes . After ordering on the 12th December we are still waiting on the 29th December. Terrible service , no contact numbers and receiving the same email rubbish that we have to wait 24hrs - 48hrs between them and Hermes to locate the parcel . Not good enough, never using again!
Tacky cheap shoe quality, they aren’t made very well! my toes were painful after just using the boots for two days! I now have a hammer toe for life!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! All stores need to shut down!
Love this shop. Really good choice of shoes/sandals/boots and very reasonably priced. Staff are helpful too
Great shoe shop, lots of styles to choose from shop can get very busy but staff do their best to help everyone quickly great quality foot wear with great prices
