People complain about not being able to get appointment when THEY want one, which is true. 
This is the same at most surgerys these days though due to the people who book up whatever appointment they can, because their kid has a nose that needs blowing or sneezed a couple of times last week.
The Lindum practice does what it can in trying times for the NHS, but everyone has to play their part for things to get better.

We have recently moved from Derbyshire to Lincoln.  Lindum Medical Practice are very good. I still work in Derbyshire part time. I like the late surgery and the option to go early morning and be able to wait without having to make an appointment  Receptionist in general are polite. My biggest complaint is the people that make an appointment don't turn up and don't cancel. The best way round this is to start having a charging policy.

Can never ever get an appointment when I need one or my diabetic & asthma medication!  Some receptionists are so rude and tell you anything but the truth. Two doctors on and both out on call. Well done 👏👏👏

Beats jamming up the phone line just to find out the simplest of things, this leaves the phone free to receive urgent calls rather than just enquiries. Let's hope people use this to also CANCEL any unwanted appointments or CHECK when their app is, so as not to miss it
