Constantly fumbling my medications, rejecting them suddenly after a year for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication.  When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls...  Over 3 months wait to see a healthcare person at all, NP or otherwise. OVER TWO MONTHS for video appointments, and they still reject my refills with no communication.  But as long as I "have an appointment" setup they will fill my prescription, even though it's over 3 months away, and I can use the whole requested refill before then. They fail to understand how they could simply secure that with a phone call, then fill my medication.  They don't care about you, and they're bad at taking your money to boot.

Dr. Ash & the office staff are great. Dr. Ash is easy to talk to & she makes you feel like you’re her only patient even though she has a full, busy schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Great doctor, really listens to what you say. Really gives you time and attention. Many other doctors, I sort of feel like they are waiting to get to the next appointment.  Staff is fantastic. Never had an issue with booking an appointment or making sure my prescriptions are ready

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Ash! I was looking to establish relationship to make her my primary care physician and she took the time to get to know me, my history, address my questions and give me doctor advice and recommendations. All the employees that I interacted with were very friendly and they took me in as soon as I finished filling out my initial paperwork. 100/100!

Dr. Ash is absolutely AMAZING - she listens to your concerns, fully explains your treatment, and is willing to answer any questions you may have. My only complaint is it can sometimes be difficult to get in and see her though I’ve only experienced this during busy times of the year like flu and back to school season - but the staff is usually willing to accommodate as much as they can.

Dr. Ash and her office consistently bungle my medications. This issue has never arisen before with her office, but it has become intolerable. Therefore, I recommend avoiding this physician unless you enjoy making frequent telephone calls to your doctor's office, begging staff members to communicate with your local pharmacy.

Dr. Ash is an absolute gem! She is non-judgemental and fully listens to your concerns. She spent as much time with me as I needed so she could answer my questions and I’m so grateful. I could not recommend her enough!

Looking for and meeting mercy doctor's and had and appointment to meet doctor ash and she's caring and compassionate for and with the patients and takes times to listen and understand their concerns and i'd recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family doctor, i had my first yearly appointment and it made the butterflies in my stomach less scary and less active as try to be good and healthy with diet and exercise and it helps to have a good caring family doctor that listens and understands and make it less scary to go to the a yearly doctors appointment,
