Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist. Need to learn a few manners or people skills on how to talk to people.

Very rude reception staff depending on who is on at the time. The one we spoke to kept telling us with a snotty attitude that prescriptions can only be brought in 48 hours before they are due. That's great and all but what about those who work through out the week I said....she just gave another snotty response.

PS. Getting through on the phone is next to impossible.

Dr Sturton is taking non medical advice regarding patients health and giving out fit to work notes based on those non medical opinions. In my case, Dr Sturton wrote a fit to work without even seeing OR speaking to me! And yes, I am still unable to work due to my disability.
On a separate occasion, Dr Sharma wrote in my notes the complete opposite to what I told her. I know this because the information was requested in relation to my ESA claim. This has made me look like I have lied to ESA when I have not and has given the wrong impression of how my disability is affecting every aspect of y life.

AWFUL!!! Worst GP Practice EVER! Can't get thorugh the prescription line & when I pressed one the receptionist didn't help me at all just told me I came through to the wrong line & to keep trying the prescription line which just kept telling me there was no attendance & to try again later! Not impressed at all!
