I had the misfortune to require an appointment with a doctor on the Monday after the cyber attack on the NHS. The computers were quickly up and running but there were clearly still some underlying problems. The receptionist was inundated but dealt with everyone calmly and with patience and understanding. This works both ways and some of the patients could try this approach too, instead of being rude and impatient.

I do not recommend. I tried to book a visit to fill out applications d4. to no avail, you can call and no one knows anything, the front desk lady promised to call back with the date of my visit, and I'm still waiting. I do not recommend they do not have idea about their work, I do not know why they are there.

It's impossible to get an appointment, i've just tried and was told they're all gone after a few minutes, to be told the next doctors appointment available is three weeks away

Extremely unprofessional. I have made an appointment with a gp, been seen by the older female doctor with the name starting on T, explained my case which she'd displayed on a monitor as well, and asked for blood test. She refused with the patronising attitude and started to look for at her suggestions for me ON GOOGLE. I have only wasted my time. People who study medicine and choose being a doctor should be more concerned about patients health.
