Been using taxassist accountants in queensferry for a few months now. Been dealing with Sophie and Gracie. Let me tell you that these ladies are brilliant . Been having problems with my old accountants and moved here and they make everything so easy, explain things really well and give me peace of mind that mall my accounts are in order. After receiving notification from HMRC regarding undeclared income from a rental property wasn't aware I had to declare I contacted HMRC to request the necessary paperwork to complete and return to them. Nothing could have prepared me for the complexities involved in Self Assessment and I spent sleepless nights worrying myself sick. I knew there was no way I could get through this on my own so contacted TaxAssist Queensferry as they were local to me. Immediately Sophie totally reassured me that they could get me through this was imagining life behind bars and not the pub type! I was so worried as I had destroyed all paperwork following the sale of my property thinking I would no longer need it - nor was I aware I would be liable for Capital Gains Tax. Sophie just took over everything on my behalf and lifted the biggest weight from my shoulders. The relief I felt was enormous and to anyone who is in my situation or struggling with any Tax issues all I can say is call Taxassist and Sophie. I cannot thank her enough and have absolutely no hesitation in recommend this Company.
Sophie took over from my previous accountant based in Wallasey, and the transition was seamless. Everything was handled professionally and on time, would definitely recommend.
