Absolute shambles. The receptionists are awfully rude for no reason. The doctors are condescending and frankly impatient. Like they’re all angry at me for being unwell?? I understand times are tough and more people than ever need to be seen but this surgery’s attitude is disgusting all round. The only good thing about this place is the nurses, they are a saving grace. Extremely poor attitude and customer service. I expected better from the doctors.
You would think with cancer they would be more helpful but no,constantly messed about by the front staff, the doctors seem good but trying to get that far is near impossible. so disillusioned and as for Mcmillan we'll be with you sll the way yeah right.
Really gone down hill in last few years. They stopped their e-consult for some reason. Now receptionists answer phone stressed. Obviously not making notes/ listening. And I've been waiting for drugs for nearly 2 months. Ive called 3 times for same thing. I give up!
Worst surgery ever. I am so disappointed with the doctors and the nurses. The receptionist try to manage the patients. In this instance I have to complain about the extremely poor service I have had from the medical practitioners. They get my prescription wrong. Telephone appointments are a joke and Feel completely failed as a patient. If I could put less than one star on I would. I am furious with all the continued mistakes. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else. I plan to as soon as I can

Takes ages for anyone at the Centre to answer the phone, I find that when a receptionist who does answer can be very aggressive to the point of rudeness. Trying to see a Dr that you have been seeing and who knows your medical history and you are comfortable with is now impossible to see and you are told you can't see him as everytime I contact Linden medical centre I am told he is fully booked, this has been happening for over a year now If he is always fully booked that means patients are seeing him, so why is it that every time I try to get an appointment I am refused and told to see another Doctor, This situation has been going on now for over a year and at the same time I told one of the receptionist a personal bit of info about myself , not a coincidence , be very careful what you discuss with a receptionist at the centre I spoke to the Manager of the Centre today and he failed to understand my complaint I would change to another Medical centre but it is the nearest to my home and I am not always able to get there by car and at times I have to walk I am 70yrs old and feel totally let down by this Medical centre, in my case I have no other choice than to continue with them
The doctors are good. But i am having troubles for a long time. Once the receptionist lost my documents referred by the clinic and lied for two weeks saying that it is progress. Finally told me documents were lost. I had to go back to the hospital get the documents back and my treatments were delayed for one and half month leaving me in pain. After a year same thing happened with updated documents delayed new treatments. Prescription service is awful. Still I have to beg every month as issuing less medications. No communication for not issuing or any issues. The receptionist decides whether i need a GP or not. Very rude on conversation. Extremely hard to make an appointment when I need to speak with GP.
This practice is I think a shining light on how to deal with the pandemic. How to communicate that and how to evolve over time. Consistently over the years they have always provided a professional, highly competent service in a caring and empathetic way. They have continued their high standards, even making sure you didn’t need to worry getting in touch, in these strained times. So thanks. To you all. From the auxillery staff, to the helpful receptionists through to the doctors and practice managers. Well done team. An impressive feat. It’s tough right. You deal with a lot. It truly is recognized and appreciated. Onwards.
After living in London and Buckinghamshire and finally settling in Maidenhead I am so happy to have this GP surgery. I have had an issue a few weeks before my wedding and multiple doctors and the reception staff have been absolutely fantastic. You can get emergency appointments on the day, there is a 48 hour appointment option too on certain days and I managed to sort one prescription over the phone so I didn't even need to leave work. Believe me this is amazing compared to my previous GP surgeries. Thank you :
Called to book appointment, very rude receptionist, asked her name was told it was Jane then hung up on, called back told no one called Jane on reception asked If appointment had been booked for 18th it hadn’t rebooked for today, it should not be like this 0 Customer service only when complaint did a lovely lady support me
