I went to see Cheryl as I have had everyday headaches and migraines for 7 years, and over the last year they have become continuous, 24/7 headaches. I started off with a Kinesiology session and have had head massages regularly since. Cheryl is great, she puts you at ease and makes you feel very comfortable from the start. I would really recommend her if you have any lingering problem that won't seem to go away with medical help. She provides a holistic approach which will most likely help to solve the problem. She has really helped me so I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I initially went to see Cheryl having problems relaxing and being quite stressed through work. The moment I met Cheryl, I felt at ease. She has a wonderful personality and such a warm nature. I had a no hands massage as a first treatment followed by two sessions of Kinesiology. The massage was fantastic but I was most surprised by the Kinesiology. With such little movement, I was amazed at the clear difference I felt after both sessions which were enough to fix most issues I had. I'll certainly be seeing Cheryl again and keeping my mind and body in check. Her knowledge and dedication to understanding your individual needs is what makes the difference. I can't recommend Cheryl highly enough.

I was offered an initial birthday present treatment to see Cheryl. Little did I know what a positive impact Relax into Health was to have on my life. I have struggled with back pain and physical tension since my teenage years which has held me back in so many ways. Cheryl has been able to identify and release deep tissue energy blocks that cannot be released through tablets nor medicines and has got to the core of the problems. Cheryl is a conscientious and very capable practitioner. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone.

Cheryl is a fantastic holistic health practitioner. Unlike many other massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and reiki providers, she really goes the extra mile for her clients by taking it upon herself to develop a deep understanding of your health and well-being challenges. She uses her vast knowledge and experience to work with you on a much deeper level, by developing precisely the right mix of treatments for your individual needs. Having today visited Cheryl for the fifth of my six treatment package, I felt compelled to write this review, as I always feel so much better after our sessions - and today particularly so. The Relax into Health service starts with an initial health and lifestyle assessment, followed by a range of options for massage treatments and other holistic therapies. Cheryl focuses on releasing the trapped energies that might be holding you back; both in your general health and wellbeing, and in your personal and professional life (should you want this level of intervention). She then helps you to identify and overcome the root cause of your difficulties, before setting you on the right track for the future. I cannot recommend Cheryl highly enough, whatever it is you might be seeking help with.
