Absolutely a money making scheme. Charged me £200 for a 5 min consultation for something they had already treated me for and hence really was not necessary. And then they wanted to charge me £300 plus for the treatment. Absolute joke! Do not go as there are better clinics with more ethics around.
Excellent service, so warm from front desk to the consultation. Purchased a few products as recommended, will see how it goes over the next few months. One week in and my skin appear more hydrated!!!

This place is ridiculous. I booked an appointment for a Profhilo consultation/treatment at 10.55 earlier in April note the precise time. When I arrived, the receptionist was unaware of the appointment and said "sorry there must have been a mix up". So I booked another appointment at the equally precise time of 2.25pm on 26th April. I arrived at 2.20, not wanting to be late. Finally, the consultant casually appeared at 2.55 half an hour late, just saying "Sorry, they didn't put you in.." or something. The treatment would have cost between £350 and £700. I said that obviously her time was valuable and so is mine, demanded my deposit back and left. Total idiots.

Sharon was absolutely incredible throughout my laser hair removal course; she made me feel at ease, consistently made sure I felt comfortable and made the whole process extremely easy. The girls on reception are also wonderful and efficient; they always let me know when they have deals on and update me on any drop out to see if it wanted an earlier slot. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided by Courthouse Clinic and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my treatments.
Had such a lovely experience when I came in for my laser consultation. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained everything to me and really made me feel safe and secure in their expertise and friendliness, especially as this is the first time I have been to a cosmetic clinic. The actual premises are really lovely too and I'm so excited to go back for a course of treatments!
Pam's knowledge and insight into skin care, current procedure and treatments, not to mention tailoring it specifically to each individual is truly remarkable. I've had a few procedures done there now, and each time Pam has done an amazing job from explaining the procedure, talking it through with me as it was carried out, right up until follow up care and advise. I've never had alot of luck with finding the right skincare products but with her guidance I have finally found products that suit my problematic skin. The clinic is easy to get to, has parking, and has a clean, positive ambiance which the girls there work very hard to achieve.
It's been an absolute pleasure to have my treatments performed by Dr Amanda Penny. I came to her with botched lips from a previous practice unrelated to courthouse clinics and she has managed to completely fix them entirely from scratch and create the most perfect lips I never dreamed I actually could have. Not only that but as someone who suffers with anxiety she managed to instantly put me at ease her bedside mannor is outstanding, she is so very calming and gentle. I felt completely understood by her and she catered to my exact needs. I hope that I will always be able to see her for my treatments from now on.
