Amazing place, attentive staff and delicious food. We served lunch here in a Sunday afternoon and it was a lovely experience. We ordered beef and chicken, very tasty and big portions. Delicious
The Lillie Langtry, a great pub on Lillie Road, brilliant, an oasis in a desert. A fine pub with great beer both on keg and from the cask. The staff are adorable, helpful, full of mischief and make me smile. A great place for a beer. Happy me!
Only popped in for a couple of pints. The food menu looked good. Friendly service. Had a pint of Gallows - delicious and a Naked Ladies - okay but not as good. Very comfortable surrounds and stylish decor.
This was a super little find close to our hotel. The food was really good and the service very friendly and accommodating. What also impressed me was the little handwashing bowl above the toilet in the cubicle. Brilliant idea!
Wonderful Sunday roast, wish we had discovered this place earlier since we live nearby. High quality beef roast and vegetarian option with all the trimmings you could want for a roast. The carrot and mushroom gravy were definitely a highlight. A very filling meal too. Attentive and friendly service, with good Covid procedures in place. Will definitely come back. Updated - still my favourite local pub. We've moved a bit further away but service is always friendly, they allow dogs and the roasts are just Updated again - I'm truly sad about having to update my review in a negative way as I used to love this place, see comments above. But the quality of the food has seriously dropped in the last two times we've been here since the renovation. I only wish I had taken a picture of the food so you can see the comparison to what we previously used to have. We had family join us who own a restaurant themselves and all the meat was overcooked, even the vegetables were terribly cooked and just looked dead. The platter for 4 people was disappointing, they justified it by saying that it's one piece of meat per person, but for a sharing platter one piece of meat for each person with sides for £80 was definitely overpriced. We would have been better off ordering a roast plate each. We did have to request for them to bring more beef. The service was friendly and attentive so that kept the remaining stars. Really turned off by this experience and not sure we'll make the effort to trek an hour to come here anymore
I had an amazing experience because these guys truly go above and beyond to please their customers. The decor is lovely, drinks and food were great.
The bar staff are well drilled in serving their customers and waiting times are minimal. Class act. Good selection of beer and food served.
Have walked by here many a time going from West. Brompton station to North End Road before a Chelsea home game. Never stopped as usually packed out front & inside!! I was a bit earlier this time so decided to give it a try. I'm a real ale drinker so ordered up a Timothy Taylor's Landlord. I wasn't disappointed. It was very nice indeedy & went down in less than 10 minutes!! So ordered up another, had a few chats @ a table, then went on my way. I would recommend this establishment to all. Bar staff are friendly & so are the patrons. Cheers.
